Leslie A. Morland, PsyD

Dr. Morland has been conducting mental health services research with veterans for the past 8 years at the National Center for PTSD-Pacific Island Division at the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System. She is the principal investigator of an ongoing HSR&D funded clinical trial and is a principal investigator and co-investigator on several additional federally-funded telemental health studies. She has been the Telemental Health Lead for VISN 21 for the past 2 years and has been working closely with the implementation of TMH activity both locally and nationally. Dr. Morland is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Hawaii’s School of Medicine. She has authored several articles and book chapters and has presented nationally and internationally on telemental health.
