Joseph Guydish, PhD, MPH, is Associate Adjunct Professor of Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. His research is in the area of access, delivery, and organization of substance abuse treatment services. Since 1995 he has taught an annual seminar called the Writer's Task Force, designed to support the writing and publication efforts of postdoctoral fellows and junior faculty.
