Why should you stay at the CITRM hotel?

The CITRM Planning Committee has negotiated extremely favorable rates at the Hotel Orrington (www.hotelorrington.com), and we hope you will take advantage of these rates and stay at the conference hotel. Not only will this assist us in meeting our contractual obligations with the hotel, but we believe it will enhance your conference experience. A key element to the success of CITRM is interactions between and among participants and presenters. By staying at the conference hotel, you will benefit from opportunities for networking and establishing new professional contacts, be on location for meals and refreshment breaks that are a part of your conference package, and enjoy the many amenities of recently and fully renovated 4-diamond lodging. Please note that all CITRM attendees who are also participating in the annual meeting of ISTSS will have complimentary coach transport from the Palmer House Hotel to the Hotel Orrington on November 15, 2008. Click here to go to online registration at the Hotel Orrington, or call 1-888-677-4648 to make reservations by phone.

CITRM 2008, November 16-17, will be held at the Hotel Orrington & Conference Center. The Hotel Orrington is an award-winning landmark hotel with excellent amenities (e.g., 24-hour fitness center, wireless) and state-of-the-art meeting spaces. The hotel prides itself in being in the heart of “the Urban Suburban North Shore Neighborhood…Walk the shorelines in picturesque public parks or take in the natural beauty…on tree-lined streets. Well over 167 restaurants, art galleries, specialty shops, cafes, bookstores, entertainment venues, and a unique business district are all just outside the doors of the historic Hotel Orrington.” Please visit the hotel website for further information: www.hotelorrington.com

FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF THOSE ATTENDING BOTH ISTSS AND CITRM, COMPLIMENTARY COACH SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED ON NOVEMBER 15, TO TRANSPORT ATTENDEES AND THEIR LUGGAGE FROM THE PALMER HOUSE (ISTSS VENUE) TO THE HOTEL ORRINGTON (CITRM VENUE).

Special arrangements for discounted accommodations have been made. Both single- and double-occupied rooms for CITRM attendees will be $149 (plus tax, currently 13.5%).
